Did you know that someone always jumps on and/or off cruise ships when coming and leaving all ports? This person is a pilot. His job is to help and direct the Captain when coming in and out of ports. This person knows the individual ports. I love this part. I always find the deck that I can see directly straight down the best. It’s usually just below the life boats. Most of the time it’s the 3rd floor but this one is from the 7th floor.The pilot is the guy in the white shirt and black pants. Here he’s getting off the cruise ship and on to the pilot boat.The next time you’re on a cruise check this out as you leave ports.  This is a good time to have a selfie stick.
