• ORLANDO HISTORY CENTER

This is the ORLANDO HISTORY CENTER.  Who knew??  I’ve lived here for over 30 years and I never knew it was here.  The history center had FREE admission for a couple of weeks while they had the Orlando terrorist attack items displayed.  While I was there I checked out what the ORLANDO HISTORY CENTER has to offer.  I was quite surprised.  Here’s a sample of some of it. • ORLANDO TERRORIST ATTACK

[metaslider id=1308] Hello Everyone I know this is a travel and adventure blog; however being that I live in Orlando I feel compelled to stop everything and honor all of the victims from the terrorist attack one year ago today (July 12, 2016)  These victims were mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, some were straight and some were gay, and all were loved by many.  Also let’s not forget those other 53 victims who survived.  They still live that night over day after day.  May God be with all the victims and their families. • ORLANDO ATTACKS – ONE YEAR AGO

[metaslider id=1435] This is my follow up to the ORLANDO TERRORIST ATTACK.  One year ago and this city has come together like no other.  Its amazing how tragedy brings all types of people together as ONE.  LOVE is what its all about. The ORANGE COUNTY REGIONAL HISTORY CENTER has done a wonderful job displaying many of the things people left at all of the memorials in the days and months after the attack.  Now that this exhibit has ended these items will return to storage till the permanent location is built. I hope you will enjoy my pictures as we all continue to heal and become stronger. [metaslider id=1424]
