SEAFARER BEACH RESORT
I have to say SEAFARER BEACH RESORT is now my favorite place to stay in MANASOTA KEY. Its located on MANASOTA BEACH between VENICE and ENGLEWOOD. This area isn’t crowded, nor does it have condos and high buildings around it. It is surrounded by million dollar homes and a public beach to one side. The closest shopping is 8 miles down the beach or back across the bridge a few miles. The SEAFARER only has 9 units. 5 of the units are one bedroom and 4 are studios. My favorite beach in the world is MANASOTA KEY BEACH. Yes it is in Florida. It’s a hidden gem. This is a public beach but it’s in more of a residential area with million dollar homes around it; no big hotels. There are a couple of converted inns on the beach but that’s all. I will talk about these motels or inns in other blogs. The closest store is about 8 miles down the beach or back across the bridge a few miles. MANASOTA BEACH COTTAGES
Last weekend we had a spur of the moment idea to go to the beach. To our disappointment all of the hotel rooms on the beach in the area we wanted to stay were already booked. We were going stay in Venice and drive back and forth when we thought about this small place on the left just before going over the bridge at Manasota Beach. Shark Teething
Nothing like a day out on the beach shark teething. I find tranquility here. I’m in my own little world with nothing around me but the gentle waves coming ashore to clean the teeth just for me.
