  • LAKE PLEASANT – ARIZONA

    On our last day in ARIZONA we decided to rent a boat and explore LAKE PLEASANT.  It’s located about 30 miles from Phoenix and is the largest lake in the Phoenix area at over 10,000 acres of water.  The average depth is 70 feet and the deepest point is 260 feet at the dam.  This lake has a lot to offer with boating, skiing, jet skiing, picnic area, camping, and restaurant of the water.  Oh and the lake even has floating restrooms.  I’ve never seen this before.  A swimsuit is a must when you are on the lake.
